Orange Seal Endurance Sealant
Top-rated tire sealant with long-lasting formula.
Why I Like It
Orange Seal Endurance has been the most reliable sealant I’ve used — it seals quickly, holds well, and plays great with tire inserts. Its endurance formula includes particles that help plug larger punctures, and I’ve had multiple races where I finished strong without ever noticing I’d even taken a hit. After the El Paso Puzzler (1st in M30–39), I saw sealant sprayed across my frame — and somehow never flatted. That’s the kind of peace of mind I’m after.

In My Setup
- I run 6oz per tire — especially with inserts, that volume gives the best chance of sealing bigger punctures.
- I refresh it before big races or after swapping tires.
- During travel, I bring a small
sealant injector ↗️ that I refill from a 32oz jug at home.
- Endurance has been super consistent for me, so I always go back to it after testing other formulas.
Tips
- Look for sealant spray on your frame post-ride — it’s usually a sign the sealant did its job mid-race.
- Over time, you may get small clumps inside the tire (especially after it’s been hard at work), but they’re easy to remove when you’re doing a tire swap.
Who It’s For
