Aerate Pro Air 3.0 Short-Sleeve Jersey
A race-cut jersey that disappears once you're riding. Tight, breathable, and built for big efforts in hot weather.

Why I Like It
This is my raceday jersey. I wear the Blurred Out Pro Hex which you can get directly from MAAP ↗, but MAAP’s Aerate Pro line is cut from the same cloth—literally. It’s the most comfortable, breathable jersey I’ve used, and it fits like a second skin. The sleeves drop to my elbows for better sun protection, the zipper is smooth and beefy, and even when I load the pockets, there’s no annoying sag or bounce. I’ve taken spills in it, washed it countless times, and it’s still going strong.
Quick Specs
- Race-fit with elbow-length sleeves
- Incredibly breathable, fast-drying
- No bunching at the waist or chest
- Standard 3 pockets + 1 zip pocket (never in the way)
- Strong zipper that’s easy to open/close one-handed
- Subtle MAAP branding and excellent design
In My Setup
- I use this jersey for all XC racing—it’s my go-to for performance and looks.
- If I’m racing with cold temps at the start, I’ll add a vest or arm warmers and peel them off mid-ride.
- Even after crashes, mine has held up with no tears or seam issues.
- I wash it like other athletic gear and air dry it—no issues with shape or wear.
Tips
- The fit is tight, but purposefully so—go with your usual snug jersey size.
- The extra zip pocket could be useful, but I don’t use it personally. It also doesn’t interfere.
- Because of how well it ventilates and dries, I never feel like I’m overheating or soggy mid-race.
Who It’s For
XC racers and riders who want a performance-first jersey that looks sharp, fits clean, and holds up to high mileage. If you’re picky about jersey fit and breathability, this is top tier. Yes, it’s pricey—but for me, it’s been worth it.
